Dr. Warrick Stewart

CEO and Founder

Dr. Warrick Stewart, Ed.D, CRC, LPC, LCMHC, DAPA

Dr. Warrick Stewart, Ed.D, CRC, LPC, LCMHC has been CEO of the Recovery Center of USA, LLC since its inception June 2016. Under Warrick’s leadership as President/CEO, RCOUSA has implemented evidence-based and best practices in all service areas and has successfully added numerous behavioral health and substance abuse services, enhanced community integration, improved customer satisfaction, reduced turnover, and has effectively developed programs to serve the whole family with a myriad of behavioral health and substance abuse challenges. He has grown the company significantly and diligently pursues his authentic leadership style incorporating it in his leadership style and his clinical practice. Warrick has become an expert in providing solution-focused; trauma-informed care that has been particularly effective in communities of color and traditionally marginalized populations.

For more than fifteen years, Warrick has been an integral and innovative addition to the behavioral health and addictions field. Warrick is a Board-Certified Diplomate in Psychotherapy, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in multiple states.

Warrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Winston-Salem State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Business, and a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. He completed his post-graduate doctoral work at Grand Canyon University with a terminal degree in Organizational Leadership, with a concentration in Behavioral Health. Warrick taught Doctoral students for five years and has consulted with many behavioral health organizations over the past 17 years. Through his many years of experience providing psychotherapy and leading workshops for people of all ages, Dr. Warrick has achieved recognition as a respected relationship psychotherapist, addictions specialist, and behavioral health leadership expert.

In addition to his career, Warrick is a servant leader, enjoys mentoring new behavioral health business owners, and spending time with his spouse, and 5 dogs (2 – Pit Bulls and 3 miniature daschunds – London, Paris, Nairobi, Fiji, and Bali.

Dr. Danielle Bundrent

Dr. Danielle Bundrent, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

Dr. Danielle Bundrent is the Executive Director for ASPIRE Day School for the Louisville East location, and the Medical Director for Kentucky Statewide. With over fourteen years of leadership and advanced practice experience, she is a dedicated Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Bundrent began her collegiate career at Fisk University, Nashville, TN where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts, in English Literature. She went on to earn her Bachelor Science of Nursing from Spalding University, Louisville, KY in 2009, and Her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Her passion for treating her patients holistically led her to obtain her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post Doctoral certification from the University of Cincinnati, in 2022.

Dr. Bundrent’s professional motto is “To ensure best practice outcomes you must treat the patient medically and emotionally while incorporating the patient’s family and cultural considerations.”

She enjoys spending time with her family and watching football and Formula One racing in her spare time.

Emmanuel Smith, MBA
Emmanuel Smith, is the Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships at Aspire Day Schools Kentucky. With an impressive 17 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, project management, operations, and data analysis, Emmanuel has made significant contributions to federal, state, and local initiatives across Kentucky and beyond. He is a passionate advocate for change in community and economic development, entrepreneurship, and innovation and has received multiple national awards for his leadership and professional excellence. Emmanuel holds a BA in Business Administration from Kentucky State University and an MBA from Sullivan University. In addition to his professional pursuits, Emmanuel proudly serves his country as a Commissioned Army Officer in the KY Army National Guard. When he's not spending time with his three daughters and his miniature poodle Charley, Emmanuel enjoys playing Flag Football and Kickball in his local Social League, volunteering as a mentor for at-risk youth, and cheering on his favorite team, the Detroit Lions.

Jenifer Brown

Director of Education

Jenifer Brown

Jenifer is a certified elementary school teacher with an MAT from Bellarmine University and a Rank One Certification from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been an educator for 15 years and has experience in all things education including intervention, art, and special education. She is passionate about teaching and the fact that every child can learn if their individual needs are met.Jenifer is the mother of three amazing adult children and the Grammy to two beautiful grandbabies. Jenifer enjoys spending her free time on her farm with her husband, horses, dogs, and goat. Jenifer is extremely passionate about animal rescue and welfare and owns a small business donating all proceeds to animal rescue.

Olivier Williams, M.Jur, LSSGB

Olivier Williams is the Director of Innovation and Development for The Recovery Center USA.

With a passion for leading initiatives that promote continuous improvement in healthcare, Olivier strategically develops innovative programs and services while implementing robust systems to enhance client experiences and identify growth opportunities. By collaborating with community stakeholders, he remains dedicated to providing essential resources to the communities served.

Ms. Williams' belief in the power of positivity informs her approach as she fosters community partnerships for holistic healing and improved community health.

Passionate about eliminating the stigma surrounding Behavioral Health challenges and Substance Use Disorder, Olivier Williams brings an interdisciplinary approach and educational background to her role. Guiding brand management with empathy, she ensures that messaging resonates deeply with diverse audiences and reflects a commitment to service. Olivier finds joy in establishing partnerships with community stakeholders to enhance resource accessibility.

With extensive experience in campaign management, brand optimization, and team empowerment, Olivier leverages her education from Emory University School of Law to bring a strong understanding of Intellectual Property rights, Contract Law, and Negotiations to her work, fostering a holistic and comprehensive approach to her initiatives.

Executive Director (Radcliff)

Jeanie Chang, LPCC-S, LMHC, NCC

Jeanie Chang, is a skilled mental health professional with a passion for helping others.

With seven years of counseling experience, she serves as the Executive Director of the Radcliff Aspire Day School, focusing on creating a nurturing environment for client growth.

Jeanie holds a license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Kentucky. She's also a certified Child Mental Health Specialist in Washington and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), showcasing her dedication to ethical and high-quality care.

Outside of her work, Jeanie finds inspiration in her husband and five kids. She enjoys reading, hiking, and spending quality time with her youngest son. Jeanie Chang's commitment to her profession and family makes her a valued member of the mental health community.

Mackenzie Whaley

Mackenzie is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in children, trauma, and couples therapy. Ms. Whaley has been a therapist in the field of education for the entirety of her 4-year career. She is a passionate for the fact that every child deserves unconditional positive regard.In the classroom, and in the therapy office, Ms. Whalley aims to teach her clients the importance of the following words from Ms. Mya Angelou: "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."
